Xinhua News Agency, Moscow, July 5th Interview: We are closely cooperating with China’s science and technology research and development – Interview with Kladorf, Director of International Cooperation and Regional Policy Department of Russian Technology Group
Xinhua News Agency reporter Yan Hai
“For many years, the Russian technology group and the Chinese partner have always maintained a friendly relationship. The two sides have carried out in-depth cooperation and established a partnership of mutual trust.” Victor Kradov, director of the International Cooperation and Regional Policy Department of the Russian Technology Group, recently accepted Xinhua. The reporter said in an interview.
At the “Military-2019” International Military Technology Forum held in the outer suburbs of Moscow recently, Kladov told reporters that the Russian Technology Group has more than 700 companies, including aviation, aircraft engines, electronics, medicine, and other fields. “Russia Technology Group has a representative office in Beijing, and its number of staff is the largest among the group’s overseas representative offices. The representative office in Beijing is working with China to implement a number of projects to launch civilian products that both Russia and China need.”
According to Kladov, in recent years, the Russian technology group has signed cooperation agreements with a number of Chinese companies such as China Electronics Technology Group and China Commercial Aircraft Corporation. The Russian and Chinese sides set up working groups based on these agreements to implement related projects. Among the projects that have received much attention, the two sides jointly developed the CR929 long-range wide-body aircraft and the AHL heavy-duty civilian helicopter.
“In the case of the CR929 passenger aircraft project, China Commercial Aircraft Corporation and the Russian United Airlines Manufacturing Group, controlled by the Russian Technology Group, jointly established the joint venture company Sino-Russian International Commercial Aircraft Co., Ltd., responsible for the development and operation of the CR929 passenger aircraft. In 2018 At the Zhuhai Air Show in November, the full-size model of the CR929 passenger cockpit and cabin was unveiled, which caused great concern.
Kladov said that the “Joint Engine Manufacturing Group”, a subsidiary of the Russian technology group, is developing a 35-ton engine with a single-engine thrust for the CR929 aircraft. Currently, such engines are monopolized by US and British companies. “We sincerely hope to break this monopoly and let the CR929 passenger aircraft have the engine jointly developed by Russia and China.”
“It is expected that the CR929 aircraft produced in the 1920s will be farther away from the same type of aircraft in the West, with a larger payload, a more spacious interior, and a more comfortable ride. Therefore, the market has a promising market. We also hope that the CR929 will be exported to Russia. Outside the market.”
In the development of AHL helicopters, Kladov said that the two sides have reached a cooperation agreement. Kladov said that such helicopters can largely meet the demand for heavy helicopters in the Chinese market. “China’s high-altitude areas are widely distributed. According to the design, AHL helicopters can fly to an altitude of 5 kilometers under heavy load. This model is very suitable for the Chinese market.”
Kladov said that in aviation and other areas of scientific research and development, Russia’s advantage lies in the early start of relevant basic scientific research, the accumulation of a large number of experimental test data, and the mastery of many key technologies. In the past 20 years, China’s aviation technology has developed rapidly, especially in the development of avionics and microelectronics technology, and has produced highly competitive products. “Therefore, Russia-China Science and Technology R&D cooperation is mutually beneficial and mutually beneficial.”
Over the years, the Russian Technology Group and the Chinese units have actively participated in the exhibitions and exhibitions held by the two sides. Kladov said that the company’s high-tech enterprise “Schwabe” company took new products in mid-June this year to participate in the 6th China-Russia Expo in Harbin, China. At the “Military-2019″ International Military Technology Forum held in Russia, Chinese companies in the field of electronic technology research and development and the Russian partners actively talked about how to develop a new generation of microchips, build a safe city and a smart city.
“In Shenzhen, China, Chinese units rely on big data and automation technology to solve problems in the use of public facilities, transportation, and safety when building smart cities. Russia also has similar experience in smart city construction, so both parties can exchange experiences. Director. In recent years, such exchanges and seminars have been innumerable.”
In other cooperative research and development of civilian products, Kladov said that the “Schwabe” company has established a joint venture with the Chinese unit to produce geodetic equipment. In engineering construction and geological exploration, the equipment can accurately determine the surface location of an object on a centimeter scale. In addition, Schwabe is supplying LED lighting equipment for the Third Ring Road in Moscow, which uses Chinese accessories.
“There are still many similar examples. In short, the scientific and technological research and development cooperation between the two sides is pragmatic and in-depth, and the cooperation fields are extensive,” said Kladov.
Kladov said that Russian and Chinese technology companies have done a good job in these years of cooperation. “For example, for some overseas innovative technical vocabulary, when there is no translation in Russian and Chinese, Russian and Chinese designers can discuss these new technologies with the ‘spoken words’ that they understand each other. In the face of changes in the international market, they are affected by Russia. The cooperation units jointly supported by the Chinese government need to work side by side and back to back, and work together more closely to cope with external competition and challenges.”
