The final identified product and technology categories in this list may later be listed as items in the Chinese supply chain that prohibit the export of the corresponding US entity. If it falls under the supervision of export control regulations, in the future, US companies must obtain a permit before they can engage in relevant export business, and the emerging technologies listed this time are not exactly the same as those previously concerned.
In fact, as early as August this year, the US BIS has added 44 Chinese companies to the list of entities subject to the Export Administration Regulations. Among them, China Electronics Technology Group has the biggest impact, but the main impact is the military industry, and China has long been committed to military independence. For many years, the proportion of Western components is not high, so the actual impact is not large, mainly for military-sensitive projects, but now the new list is more extensive.

Data analysis techniques such as visualization, automatic analysis algorithms, context-aware computing, etc.
Quantum information and sensing technologies such as quantum computing, quantum cryptography, quantum sensing, and more.
Logistics technologies such as mobile power systems, modeling and simulation systems, distribution-based logistics systems (DBLS), etc.
